CLASSES
Studio Americana offers a variety of professional instruction for elementary aged children to adults.
Classes take place at the Plymouth Center for the Arts: 11 North St. Plymouth, Mass.
Memorial Hall and the Spire Center for Performing Arts, Court Street, Plymouth, Mass.
Mini - Starz
Students will discover the magic of the stage. They will learn stage presence, confidence, and basic vocal technique as they perform a show.
6 week course – 1 class per week. $200
Performing your Song
Elementary
In learning a song, students will learn basic vocal mechanics, character development and how to understand and portray the song in a showcase performance.

Acting
Middle – High School
Students will learn how to engage their imagination and deliver a truthful performance through exercise, preparation and scene-work.

Page to Stage
Elementary
Students will learn the mechanics of theatre from start to finish as they write, direct and perform and original story.

Musical Theatre
Middle – High School
Students will discover the magic of the stage. They will learn stage presence, confidence, and basic vocal technique as they perform a Broadway-style song in a showcase performance.

Elementary Camp – Ages 5 – 12
In partnership with the Plymouth Recreation Department
During a frightful shipwreck a Prince is tossed in the sea and rescued by the Princess. When she sings him a haunting lullaby he falls in love with the girl with the beautiful, musical voice. All children are involved throughout the performance. This builds confidence, promotes team spirit and eliminates rehearsal rowdiness.
Performance will take place at 5pm on Friday, July 1
Two half day programs available as well.
1 week course – 5 classes.
